Term Two, Week Three

Our lunchtime activities this week include Read Across The Universe craft on Wednesday and the continuation of Matilda as our Thursday movie. Book Week this year takes place in August and the short listed books have been announced. We have most of them on display in the library already and we have started to decorate the library foyer with craft based around this year's theme.

A new addition for the library is our magnificent story chair which was purchased at a marked reduction. The chair has been a great hit with students, with some lucky children getting to share stories with their peers whilst sitting in it.
We thank Mr Lange and Year 5/6M for their prayer reflection about sharing peace, joy and love in our world. We were reminded that we can make a difference by sharing these qualities with the people around us and by taking the time to find peace, joy and love within ourselves.
